Registering your RENELIF links your device with important notifications, proof of ownership, and warranty service.

Should any thing go wrong with your RENELIF device please contact us to get a reference number and send the defective device, along with your registration number and proof of purchase. A charge of 79$ will be charged for shipping and handling and a new device will be sent.

Registration is quick and easy – only a few steps and you’re done.

Please note that the Renelif limited warranty does not cover the following:

• Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.

• Damage caused by liquids of any kind.

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, fire, earthquake, or exposure to liquids, creams, serums, or other external substances.

• Cosmetic damage, such as dents, scratches, or broken plastic components, unless due to a defect in workmanship or materials.

• Consumable parts—including batteries, protective covers, or components that naturally shrink or degrade over time—unless failure occurs due to a material defect.

• Shipping and handling fees.

• Chargers (chargers are not covered under warranty).
