Shipping Destinations & Processing Times

  • Order Processing:
    Orders are processed within 48 hours.
    Orders placed before 2:00 PM (+1 GMT) on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed on the same day.
  • Shipping Charges:
    • Orders over $69: Free shipping.
    • Orders under $69: $9.99 flat-rate shipping.
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Within the USA: Shipped via FedEx. Delivery time: 3–7 business days.
    • Worldwide: Shipped via our global logistics centers. Delivery times depend on local courier services, and we do not guarantee specific delivery times. Custom fees may apply in some countries.
  • PO Box Orders: Delivery time: 3–8 business days.
  • APO/FPO Orders: Delivery time: 4–6 weeks.
  • Important Notes:
    • FedEx does not deliver on weekends or to PO Box addresses. PO Box and APO orders are shipped via local couriers.
    • Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier services, and unforeseen circumstances.

BUSINESS DAYS:

Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed in the USA and Europe. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

RETURN A PRODUCT

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return a product, please follow the guidelines below:

Eligible Returns

  • Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened products purchased at full price from our website within 30 days of purchase.

Return Policy

  1. Contact Customer Service:
    Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting our Customer Service team before sending back your product.
  2. Shipping Costs:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Refunds:
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.
    • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will replace the damaged item(s) at no additional cost.

Ineligible Returns

  • In-Store Purchases: Products purchased at physical locations are final sale and governed by the individual store’s return policy. Refer to your receipt for details. While stores are independently owned and operated, we will assist with inquiries where possible.
  • Non-Website Purchases: We only accept returns for products purchased directly through our website: https://Renelif.com.

Additional Notes for EU Customers

For customers in the European Union, the Consumer Rights Directive grants a 14-day cooling-off period for unopened and unused items. You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us for instructions.
